Important Notes About The Meal Plans
There is no meal plan for Week 1 of the Challenge.
The meal plans begin with breakfast during Week 2. This is because we are just trying to make one meal (breakfast) completely PCOS friendly first before moving on. So during this week, your other meals can remain the same as they usually are, or you can take what you’re learning from the videos and try to come up with your own meals.
